What we do
We offer hand-picked, locally-operated horse treks for those who want a bit of grit and wild. Our ethos is all about immersion, sustainability, and connection.In early 2023, we spent eight weeks riding on our own through northern Patagonia with three horses. The thrill of trek and the people we met along the way inspired us to build a community for those who want similar experiences in shorter doses.
For us, pure joy is being enveloped in fresh winds off the mountains and trusting our horses to pick their way along a rocky trail with a deep river rushing by below. It’s looking up from dinner to see our horses grazing nearby, the fire shadows dancing long, and the stars painted in a million pinpoints overhead. It’s having like-minded people there to share it with.
Our rides invite you to know the land more deeply. We work with local operators, guides, and ecotourism projects to create a trip that truly immerses you in place and the present.
The community
Our trips are tailored for riders who are intermediate or above and comfortable moving at all gaits across varied terrain. Equally important, we ask that you love the outdoors deeply, possess a sense of adventure in embracing wild spots and new cultures, and want to connect with the people around you.
