MONGOLIA RIDER FORM

Altai Expedition, July 2–12, 2027: From Ulaanbaatar, we travel west to Mongolia’s Altai Mountains, where we ride with eagle hunters in Sagsai before beginning a four-night pack trip through the mountains. Riding horses and packing camels, we travel across the steppe, mountain passes, and wildflower fields alongside local horsemen and camelmen. We finish in Ulgii before returning to Ulaanbaatar for the opening ceremony of Naadam, Mongolia’s largest festival.

Horse Migration, July 13–23, 2027: From Ulaanbaatar, we travel into the Mongolian steppe to join a local family as they move their large horse herd between seasonal pastures. Riding alongside the family, we experience the rhythms of migration and take part in traditional activities along the way. We finish with a visit to Khustai Nuruu National Park to see Przewalski’s horses and try mounted archery.
